Free Online Peace Retreat Saturday, Sept. 11, 9 AM – 11 AM EDT  

Overwhelmed by the responsibilities and emotions of caring for someone who is vulnerable? The scripture and simple practices you will learn during this online retreat can change everything – quickly! You can get from stressed to blessed. Whether you have done a retreat with us before, or studied The Peaceful Caregiver, or never participated in our groups – you will gain much from this two hour dive into peace.

Peace Retreat Schedule

Pre-event: You will be sent additional instructions to login to the Zoom software we will be using, recommendations for setting up for the best possible experience, as well as some pre-retreat readings that will have you well on your way to peace.

Saturday morning: We will be introducing ourselves to each other, exploring what peace means to you, enjoying teachings with times for questions and feedback and experiencing collective quiet.

Connection

Caring for someone can be isolating, but the loneliness sets in when you think you are the only person struggling with these overwhelming tasks and emotions. Connecting with others who can empathize with you – laugh and cry with you – is life-giving. The Heart of the Caregiver® encourages your participation in our private Facebook Group. We also encourage you to join (even start!) a small group in your community or online to discuss The Heart of the Caregiver® study guides.
